To support our Chief Executive Officer, we are looking for a Personal Assistant able to perform in a flexible, fast-growing, and high-demanding work environment.

DUTIES

In this role, you will:

  • Manage CEO’s agendas for appointments, business meetings, and interviews.
  • Guarantee the CEO’s complete and constant alignment on the progress of the activities on the agenda.
  • Manage the image and the institutional and personal relationships of the CEO.
  • Perform various administrative and project management duties coordinating the needs of the team.
  • Act as contact person with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft documents for the Board of Directors, Technical Committees, Conferences, and Association Events.
  • Act as business service support according to the company’s procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Act as administrative and business support for national and international projects.
  • Communicate and transmit the brand image/concept both to the internal company structure and externally.
  • Ensure correct dissemination of the CEO’s guidelines to partner companies in collaboration with the Communication Team.
  • Support in controlling the content produced for the various media, and support in the preparation of communication material in coordination with the Communication Team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in a management assistant role.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Accountability and flexibility.
  • Ability to work independently dealing with confidential information.
  • Commitment to high performance standards.
  • MS Office and database expertise.
  • Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.
