[1X] General Services Specialist



To continue our growth in the space industry, we are looking for a General Services Specialist, who will take care to ensure the management of services needed for company facilities, building and industrial programs.

This role will bring you in close collaboration with the Head of Corporate Services and you will work with all Corporate functions.

You will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in our team, you can provide your input on the group’s real estate projects including the one that will also directly shape the new headquarter we are building (Argotec-SpacePark).


As part of your responsibilities, you will be responsible for helping the organization effectively manage and supervise internal services delivered by employees or outsourced to external vendors.

As General Services Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the company’s buildings, equipment, and facilities.

Some key aspect for the role will be:

  • Planning, manage and monitoring of services related to various corporate facilities, including surveillance services, cleaning services (also specific services according to ISO standards for clean rooms), connectivity services, fleet and transportation, catering and food services, environmental management services to support sustainability practices within corporate facilities;
  • Support the Head of Corporate Services in managing procurement related to corporate infrastructures in collaboration with the Contracts&Legal and Finance functions; including subsequent verification during contract execution of compliance with contractual obligations;
  • Issue and align accounting orders issued by the Corporate Services function as part of the function’s purchases.
  • Handling administrative tasks and management of insurance practises, including obtaining necessary authorizations and permits.
  • Support the function in developing and monitoring budgets for facility and asset management, Health and Safety, Information Technology and General Services activities.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law or alternatively high school diploma.


  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in Facility, General Services, Property management or related roles is required;
  • Knowledge of contracts for the purchase of services, equipment, facilities and utilities;
  • Knowledge of the market;
  • Ability to work autonomously;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for required reporting activities;
  • Attitude for problem solving, proactivity and flexibility;
  • Proficient use of English (speaking and writing);
