[1X] Proposal Manager

To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for a Proposal Manager. As a Proposal Manager, you will be included in Programs Area, and you will play a crucial role in supporting the proposal development process.

In this role you will:

• Assist in the creation, coordination, and submission of compelling proposals to win new business opportunities.
• Assist in writing and editing proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
• Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information and data for proposal development.
• Coordinate and compile proposal components from various contributors, ensuring timely submission.
• Assist in managing the proposal review process, incorporating feedback from subject matter experts.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

• Knowledge of Space Mission phases and project lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to convey complex information concisely.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

ADDITIONAL ASSETS

• Familiarity with proposal management software or tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of ECSS standards.
• Proven experience in proposal management, bid coordination, or a similar role is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
