The Company will primarily process the following categories of personal data:
The purposes for which the personal data contained in your CV and provided by you during the interview are collected and processed are related to the creation of a database from which to select candidates for possible recruitment; therefore, the same data will be processed by the data controller exclusively for the purposes inherent to personnel selection procedures, for the possible performance of activities prior to the conclusion of the employment contract and for compliance with legal provisions.
Pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, lett. b), c) and f) of the Regulation, the provision of your data for the above-mentioned purposed not require your consent.
The provision of your personal data is mandatory to carry out activities related to the selection of personnel and failure to provide such data will mean that the Company will not be able to consider your application as part of a selection process.
Your personal data will be processed by the Company and authorized parties using both electronic and manual systems, in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency set forth by the applicable data protection legislation, safeguarding the confidentiality and rights of the data subject through the adoption of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk.
As part of the selection activity, the Company may carry out verification of the information provided (e.g. academic qualifications and previous employers) for the sole purpose of verifying the information received.
Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties which the Company uses for the management of the selection process, with whom service contracts have been entered into. These parties act based on the instructions received from the Data Controller, as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union; however, if for specific needs it becomes necessary to transfer data to countries outside the EU, including those that do not provide adequate protection, the Company undertakes to ensure appropriate levels of protection and safeguards, including contractual measures, in accordance with applicable regulations, including the adoption of standard contractual clauses. Your personal data will be processed and retained only for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected.
If, at the end of the selection process, a job offer is not made or not accepted, your personal data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months from the closing date of the selection process.
Your personal data will also be kept for this period in order to be able to prove, in the event of a dispute, that we have conducted the selection and recruitment processes in a non-discriminatory, fair and transparent manner.
Personal data functional to the fulfilment of civil and fiscal obligations will also be retained thereafter, in compliance with the retention periods provided for by the applicable regulations.
At the end of these periods, personal data will be deleted and/or destroyed.
