About Romana

As a seasoned Human Capital professional with over 30 years of experience, Romana has grown up in the dynamic HR world, working for diverse multinational companies and implementing transformational HR processes internationally. For nearly 25 years, she has led transformational projects, bridging strategy with outcomes and implementing strategies and tools for talent management, supporting people and organizations on their development journey.

Since 2012, Romana has also been an active member of Federmanager MINERVA, a female association promoting female leadership. In 2019, she participated in launching the project “#WeMentor: Women alongside Women,” which has become a national format of the Association.

In 2020, Romana's path intersected with Argotec's. Since then, she has been committed to attracting, retaining, and empowering highly skilled and motivated colleagues in an environment that encourages growth, innovation, and continuous learning.
