With over twenty years of experience across international and industrial environments in different industries, including automotive, biomedical, and cement, Federica has partnered with executive teams to drive organizational transformation, talent development, inclusion initiatives, and agile ways of working. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations grow by combining business priorities with people-centered solutions, creating environments where performance, collaboration, and continuous learning can thrive.
