About Carlo

Carlo L’Imperio is Executive Director of Defence Business at Argotec. After attending the Italian Military Academy, he served for several years as a Signals Officer in the Italian Army.

He then joined Accenture, where he spent 25 years working on local and international projects across both the private and public sectors. During his career, he worked closely with C-level executives in Italy and abroad and held multiple positions that enabled him to develop a broad range of strategic skills and experiences. His international assignments took him to Austria, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Ireland and Spain, and he also contributed to the launch of a successful offshore delivery model in Asia.

This dual experience has enabled him to develop strong expertise in driving change and optimizing complex processes, combining a rigorous and goal-oriented approach with a broad understanding of organizational and business dynamics.

He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Turin. He is passionate about flying and aeronautics, as well as contemporary history, and still considers himself a good tennis player.
