About Alberto Recchi

Alberto Recchi is a member of the Argotec’s board of directors.

Alberto Recchi is a seasoned finance executive, former public company CFO and investment banker, with a 20-year career in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets on Wall Street and the City of London. His expertise includes advising US and European private equity funds on a wide range of transactions, including LBOs, recapitalizations, equity offerings, and mergers & acquisitions, which he has consistently brought to successful completion during his tenure at Credit Suisse.

His experience spans both private and public boards (qualifies as audit committee financial expert), with deep knowledge of SEC regulations, stock exchange rules, and reporting requirements. Over the years Alberto has cultivated an extensive network of relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, private equity, venture capital funds, and family offices.
Currently, Alberto serves as managing partner of Ampla Capital, a fundless sponsor he founded based in New York. Prior he was co-founder and CFO of Galileo Acquisition Corp, a NYSE-listed SPAC. Alberto holds a BSc and MSc in Aerospace Engineering; he is a pilot and flight instructor and started his career at Leonardo Helicopters. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an M&A Certificate of Mastery from the New York Institute of Finance. Alberto is NACD Directorship certified and member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
He holds certifications in Additive Manufacturing Fundamentals from ToolingU-SME and in Additive Manufacturing for Innovative Design and Production from MIT.
