We are growing fast and need to bring more structure to the HR function.

To support the Company’s growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist willing to work on our recruitment projects for a 12-month period, able to perform in a flexible, high demanding and fast-growing work environment, and provide a positive experience in the selection process, both candidates and company wise.

DUTIES

You will be part of a small team in charge of the recruiting process. The activities will include:

  • Support the activities of employee branding and talent attraction.
  • Support the leaders in the job description preparation.
  • Screen and source highly qualified technical candidates for positions through networking and use of different search engines.
  • Find a diverse set of potential candidates who meet the qualifications/requirements of the positions within the agreed timeline.
  • Conduct interviews with potential candidates.
  • Coordinate the selection process with Unit Heads to discuss candidates and to keep them informed as to progress.
  • Arrange interview meetings with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Maintain selection records up to date.
  • Support in the negotiation process the offer acceptance with the candidates.
  • Support the preparation of the on-boarding process of the selected candidates.
  • Maintain the contacts through regular follow-ups with the candidates during the whole selection process steps.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, gained within structured organizations.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media tools and strategies to attract talent; LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment contracts and other documents related to the Employees.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PPT.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Accuracy and results-oriented skills.
  • Flexibility.
  • Proactivity.

  • Knowledge of the SAP HR module is a plus.
