To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for a Network/CyberSec Specialist, you will take care of the internal maintenance of the network and security in support of the IT manager.

In this role you will:

  • Deploy and maintain network monitoring tools to detect and respond to security events in real time.
  • Support design, implement, and manage network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and access controls.
  • Apply best practices for hardening network devices such as routers, switches, and access points to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
  • Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure, identify vulnerabilities, and collaborate with teams to remediate them.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of network and security configurations, procedures, and incident response plans.
  • Provide expert-level support for troubleshooting security-related network issues and assist in resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Work closely with IT, Security and Development teams to integrate security measures into the network infrastructure and projects.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent area.
  • 3 years of experience in network and cybersecurity(preferred) roles.
  • Fluency in English.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

  • Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and subnetting.
  • Proficiency in network security principles, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and access controls.
  • Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with security compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and convey security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation is beneficial.
