In this role you will:
- Manage the implementations of ERP, MES, and BI solutions
- Manage the creation of a new IT system for integration between the various management tools
- Support the internal team, in the management of IT-related systems
- Provide IMAC (Install Move Add and Change) related processes
- Ensure operational maintenance within a professional operation management environment.
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot issues related to internal IT solutions
- Support internal projects in different areas
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent area
- Fluency in English
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support, especially in workplace-related services
- Good knowledge of the main ERP on market (specifically SAP B1)
- Knowledge of IT hardware (clients/servers)
- Knowledge of data storage administration
